Greennect supports SMEs, suppliers, and co‑working spaces that do not have in‑house sustainability or ESG expertise but are starting to receive ESG or sustainability questions. Most clients are based in the Netherlands and need a simple, credible way to respond to requests from customers, banks, or landlords without building a full ESG department.

We help you organise basic ESG data, set up an evidence folder, and improve everyday workplace practices such as energy use and waste handling. You also receive short ESG summaries and support with questionnaires, so you can answer external sustainability requests consistently instead of starting from a blank page each time.

No. You do not need a legal reporting obligation or a formal ESG strategy to start with Greennect. Many clients come to us when customers, banks, or landlords begin asking sustainability questions and they want to respond in a structured, honest, and practical way.

We start with a 20-minute call to map what you are being asked and which service pack fits your situation. From there we follow four steps: finding out exactly what the request requires, reviewing what your business already has, building your evidence folder, and producing a completed response. We use fixed-price service packs so you know the cost and scope upfront with no hourly or hidden fees. The Starter Pack at 1,950 euros is designed for teams responding to their first ESG request. The Workplace Pack at 3,250 euros focuses on operational evidence and energy use. The Co-Working Pack at 5,950 euros covers shared spaces responding to landlord and tenant requests. The Annual Pack at 11,500 euros includes VSME setup and maintained documentation across 12 months. All prices exclude VAT.

Most of the work happens in short sessions and light document sharing, not long workshops or heavy reporting. We design our process so small teams can keep focusing on their main work while still making steady ESG and workplace improvements.
